The Exeter neighborhood of Leesburg includes 399 single family homes and 430 townhouses. The years that the home were built in range from 1984 to 1999. It is also convenient to shopping and local businesses.

The Potomac Crossing community is located on the Northeast side of Leesburg and was built between 1988 and 2006. It has 385 town homes and 536 single family homes, all with unique features and floor plans. A number of townhouses include a garage or an English basement. Balls Bluff Elementary School is located right in the neighborhood, making it a perfect place for families with children. There are a variety of amenities available to its residents: a pool, playgrounds, basketball courts, fitness stations, and 2.5 miles of paved trails. The neighborhood hosts many events, as well: the annual Turkey Trot, yard sales, Easter Egg hunt, Fall Carnival, and Summer Movie Nights.

Also on the Northeast side of Leesburg lies the neighborhood of Spring Lakes. It includes 389 single family homes and townhouses, built between 2001 and 2003. This was during the peak of Leesburg’s growth. It is convenient to the new shopping centers on the Northern side of Leesburg. Residents have access to an outdoor pool, tennis courts, walking trails, and tot lots.

Located in the vibrant Fairfax County area in Virginia, Herndon is home to more than 24,500 residents. Herndon is served by Virginia State Route 228, which heads directly through the center of the town via Elden Street, Monroe Street, Park Avenue and Dranesville Road. At the southern part of the town, SR 228 meets VA State Route 267 – a toll road that gives access to Washington DC (via I-66) and the Washington Dulles International Airport.

The community hosts a variety of celebrations year round. During the month of May, there is Friday Night Live! where free concerts are held every Friday from May through August. The Farmer’s Market is active from May through October. Other May celebrations include Towne Square Singers, Big Truck Days, Public Works Forest and Meadow Wildflower Walk. The Herndon festival occurs in June and is held for four days. For the fourth of July, there is a large celebration with fireworks display. In September, there is the Labor Day Jazz Festival, Annual Motorcycle Poker Run, Annual Naturefest Celebration, and the HerndonHalf Marathon.

The town had its beginnings in 1688 when King Charles II of England granted 5 million acres to Thomas Culpeper and part of the land became Herndon. In the 19th century, a mill was built along a stream near the intersection of what is now Elden and Locust Streets. The railroad depot was built in 1857 and it launched Herndon into further development. Today, Herndon is a vibrant community that has a variety of commercial and residential areas.

Hiddenbrook is a community consisting of 393 traditional and contemporary style homes. There is access to a clubhouse, swimming pools, tennis courts, playgrounds, and picnic areas.
