The Exeter neighborhood of Leesburg includes 399 single family homes and 430 townhouses. The years that the home were built in range from 1984 to 1999. It is also convenient to shopping and local businesses.

The Potomac Crossing community is located on the Northeast side of Leesburg and was built between 1988 and 2006. Balls Bluff Elementary School is located right in the neighborhood, making it a perfect place for families with children.
