The Exeter neighborhood of Leesburg includes 399 single family homes and 430 townhouses. The years that the home were built in range from 1984 to 1999. It is also convenient to shopping and local businesses.

The Potomac Crossing community is located on the Northeast side of Leesburg and was built between 1988 and 2006. It has 385 town homes and 536 single family homes, all with unique features and floor plans. A number of townhouses include a garage or an English basement. Balls Bluff Elementary School is located right in the neighborhood, making it a perfect place for families with children. This was during the peak of Leesburg’s growth. It is convenient to the new shopping centers on the Northern side of Leesburg.
