In Fairfax County, bordered by I-66, I-495, and Route 7, Vienna, VA is a town popular with families and working professionals who commute around the DC Metro area for work. In the Northern part of Vienna, around Old Courthouse Road and Beulah Road, has many detached single family homes, most of them newer with some older homes sprinkled throughout. NOVA Central Farmer’s Market is located at the Church of the Holy Comforter, selling locally sourced produce and groceries. Westwood Country Club is just east of Beulah Road and has golfing, tennis, pool, and a conference center, available to members. There is an 11-acre park called Glyndon Park, with baseball fields, tennis courts, playgrounds, and nature trails that are perfect to take your little ones to. Central to Vienna is the Town Center. Similar to the area in the North, there are many detached single family homes with plenty of space for a large family. There are also apartments, high rises, condos, and town homes available to rent. Many restaurants and shopping plazas are along Maple Ave. Patrick Henry Library is right off the Washington & Old Dominion Railroad trail. Catch a local baseball game at Waters and Caffi Fields, a turfed park with restrooms and snack shack. Freeman Store & Museum, run by volunteers, tells the history of the general store that was built in 1859 and showcases a variety of Virginia memorabilia.
